Do we have a assurance of product quality ?

All products are natural & original & all are certified with laboratory test. All products are laboratory tested & passed products.
Why we don't allow the return product policy ?

As per the government guidelines & considering the parameters of all, in any food industry return policy [parcel] won’t be allow unless & until problem is so serious. So return policy we won’t allow unless & until problem is damn serious or if that mistake is happened from our sides. For that claim refund or return of that product you have to do whatsapp of that products images on our customer care no . Return of that product possible only when ?

If the problem is serous of products or packing defective came at you , then it is your responsibility to click the products photos of that and immediately do Whats app on 9011022021 . For that you have to courier our product by your own expenses/money on our register company address. Then company shall proceed for either replacement of that same product or refund that money amount to clients bank account.
Are we dependent on a single courier agency ?

We are not hiring a single courier agency deal with our company , for reducing the problems like heavy charges for transportation and grab benefits of that to our customers.
Do you want to start your own startup business in spices ?

Company deals according to customers requirement also if any customer require loose material for their own pack then we will provide loose material also.
Query about GST bill if you want ?

Why we have shown only one angle photo of product on our website ?

All products images which has shown in our website are made by software , all are packed photo shoot which was done by corel draw software . So that’s why you can view only front angle of that product on our website. You can’t scroll up or down to view another angle of that same product.
Do possibility of differ in packaging but not in quality and taste ?

There could be possibility sometimes products shown on our website has better photos , good image resolutions and what product might you get during shipping has some differ compare to that image but it doesn’t mean we compromise that product in our quality. It happened because of huge variants available of that same product.
Why we don't accept cash on delivery ?

Considering the parameters of covid-19 pandemic “ Cash on delivery “ won’t be acceptable. Cash on delivery is also not acceptable because maintaining Account register everyday & India is now converting in digitalization for strong economy & also to avoid & rescue from the fake notes/(Indian currency).
If delay occurs in response ?

You can definitely trust us in all aspects of manner , whatever is your problem we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible and want to see happy faces of our customers.
